Order Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery of your healthcare items. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been marked as Dispatched.
How to Cancel:
- Go to your Order History in the Account section.
- Click on the active order you wish to cancel.
- Click the “Cancel Order” button. If the button is not visible, your order has already been processed for dispatch.
Note on Specialty Items: Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain orders enter packing immediately upon clinical validation and cannot be cancelled once validation is complete, even if not yet dispatched.
Return Eligibility
Due to strict pharmaceutical and safety regulations, not all items are eligible for return. This policy ensures that the medications and health products we deliver to our customers are completely untampered, safe, and stored under proper clinical environments.

| Cold-Chain / Refrigerated Items | Non-Returnable | Cannot be returned due to strict temperature-control requirements. |
| Personal Hygiene & First Aid | Eligible | Return within 14 days. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged. |
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Reporting Process:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by visiting the Returns Center.
Upload a clear photo of the packaging, shipping label, and the product showing the damage or error.
Our pharmacists will review the ticket. Once approved, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The timeline depends on your bank or payment method:
Wallet Credit
Added to your shop account wallet immediately.
Credit Card
Depends on card issuer processing cycles.
Bank / ACH
Direct clearing transfers to your bank account.
