EPR Compliance Policy
Last Updated: June 28, 2026
EPR Policy Overview
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is an environmental protection strategy that holds producers, importers, and brand owners accountable for the entire life cycle of their products, particularly packaging waste collection, recycling, and final disposal.
As a prominent wellness and storefront logistics provider, CCSHOPE fully complies with state and national environmental regulations. We work closely with certified recycling agencies to ensure that equivalent packaging waste generated by our shipments is collected and recycled safely.
Packaging Recycling Targets
To offset the packaging materials used in our shipments (cardboard, paper envelopes, labels, and padding materials), we have set strict yearly recovery targets:
Paper & Cartons
Complete retrieval and processing of cellulose packaging waste materials.
Recycled Plastics
Recovery rate of plastic seals, bubble wraps, and protective bags.
Landfill Impact
Our goal is to ensure no packaging waste from our operations ends up in open landfills.
Green Packaging Design
Our logistics and shipping operations follow a circular design pattern to minimize single-use material waste:
Eco-friendly Padding
We use biodegradable, water-soluble starch packing peanuts or crumpled recycled paper instead of styrofoam/plastic bubble wrap.
Standard Corrugated Cardboard
Our boxes are manufactured using 90% post-consumer recycled cardboard and are printed with eco-friendly soy-based inks.
Seller Compliance Standards
To maintain listing compliance on the CCSHOPE storefront, all manufacturers, importers, and brand owners must submit their valid EPR registration certificates issued by the regulatory body.
Suppliers failing to provide documented EPR certification during initial vendor verification will be restricted from listing health or nutraceutical products that use plastic or e-waste packaging on the site.
EPR Certification & Audits
We perform quarterly audits of our packaging materials. All recycling certificates, waste manifests, and EPR reports are verified by qualified environmental auditors.
