All edible supplements, health foods, functional beverages, and nutraceutical products listed on the CCSHOPE storefront are manufactured and distributed under strict licenses issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
This compliance ensures that all ingestible products on our platform are subjected to standard microbiological testing, contaminant analysis, and proper labeling guidelines.
Filing a Food Safety Complaint
If you have reason to suspect the safety, purity, or labeling accuracy of any food supplement purchased on CCSHOPE, you can report it:

Escalate via CCSHOPE
Submit details to our quality assurance division below, and we will initiate product recall reviews and coordinate directly with the manufacturer.
Licensed Products Registry
Every supplement manufacturer listing consumable goods on CCSHOPE is required to declare their 14-digit FSSAI license number. You can locate this license on:
- The product information page under the compliance/specification section.
- The physical outer product box packaging.
- Your printed invoice or digital receipt.

Quality Assurance Verification
Our pharmacy managers inspect batch certificates for all incoming wellness products. Consumables with missing or invalid licenses are automatically rejected from fulfillment catalog updates.
